The Bank of Kirksville will be taking the following steps to slow the spread of COVID-19
During this time of uncertainty, we will continue to serve customers using available technology and practice social distancing to protect employees, customers and the overall community. To achieve these goals it is necessary to take the following actions beginning March 22, 2020.
The branch located in the Kirksville Wal-Mart Store will be closed until further notice.
All other branch locations will have drive-thru capabilities only. Specific needs that require a lobby visit will be by appointment only that can be initiated by calling the desired branch.
Night drop boxes at each branch can be utilized for deposits.
We encourage you to utilize online banking, mobile banking or voice banking services to monitor your account. Many routine transactions can be completed using these services.
We also want to remind you that Bank of Kirksville has 15 ATM locations for easy access to your money. Locations can be found on the bank’s website.
The bank will have staff available by phone at (660) 665-7766 as well as (660) 665-3566 to assist you from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to Noon on Saturday. If you are enrolled in phone banking, you can access your account 24/7 by calling (866) 665-2265.
During any crisis, there will be cyber criminals that try to take advantage of the situation. Please remember during this time it is especially important to be careful when giving out any personal information. The bank will not ask you for your PIN and if you did not initiate the phone call do not give out any personal information.
